couple questions about u/ging to iPhone and the 4S

I didn't bother messing with the 4 because past history was that a new device would be announce at WWDC and my contract wasn't up til the Spring anyway. I wanted to pre-order but DH was concerned about unltd data and upgrading. Also I guess I didn't realize that NE2 was only for the primary line. Dh usually does all the business and he's also the primary line. He was also told that it wasn't for the iPhone! I wasn't thrilled with not being able to talk and surf with the 4. Is that any different with the 4S?

Still no talk an surf on Verizon except for lte which iPhone doesn't have.

Wait for the iP5......going to be out in a few months and it may even have LTE...not likely but.

few months? 12 months ain't few.
and Apple just released the iphone 4S so you will be waiting quite a long time.
