Can I get an international SIM Card for both Voice and Data?

Going to Israel next week and need for both voice and data (currently on a BB 9650 on VZW).
Also, does it make any difference if i use BES?

Apologies if this is an idiotic question, but if this type of sim does exist, will i still have access to BES/all of contacts and existing emails?

Finally, can someone receommed a good place to buy one of these?

Your device will need to be unlocked but yes there are carriers in that support data and voice on prepaid for blackberry. not too sure for Israel though.
