Verizon 4G Phones

I stop by the Verizon store in Greenvill today and i must say they have some nice 4G phones by HTC, LG, Samsung. I think uscc can do better than what they are doing now on new phones. The phones in the uscc stores are dated and need to up graded. The phones that uscc has in the stores could be one reason that they are loosing customers.

I would agree and I have heard they pushed the new BB releases further into the Fall. Not smart. Lets hope that they do not do this.

I emailed USCC a couple of days ago about the release dates on the new phones and so far not a word from them. They could at least tell something, like "soon" or "never" or DOH!

Tim where did you hear about new OS7 devices being pushed back?

If you ask them on twitter, they give you the same reply each time: "no new news to report on our upcoming BB portfolio, but stay tuned! You'll hear the news here first!" All cheery and happy sounding, although right now it seems they can't distinguish their aging phone lineup from a hole in the ground. Seriously, they need to get it together...otherwise their next financial report will be a repeat of this latest: "Yup, more customers leaving in droves; but we're going to move to tiered data...um, to save the customer money! Yep, that's it! It's all about you, customers! (nudge nudge, wink wink!)"
