us cellular BIS password help
No idea whats going on. I dont know if I am doing something wrong or what, clarification?
I have a blackberry account thing with us cellular, like i have an email etc..@uscellular.blackberry.com, when I go to uscellular.blackberry.com and enter that username it says its wrong, when I hit forgot password and put my pin in to have the password resent it sends me a message on my blackberry that I dont have an account and that I need to set one up, but i totally have one set up... And i know sometimes emails will need to be varified if its been a long period of time or the password changes but its not that way, go into my email settings and the email is listed with my other 2, am i doing something wrong?
So confused.
