Upgrading to Tour?

I recently (october 10th) renewed my contract and got my first bb (8330 curve). I found out that the new bb tour is coming out at the end of this month or atleast by the first week of november and am wondering if I will be able to take my 8330 back and switch to the tour? I think us cellular has some kind of 30 day satisfaction guarantee and wanted to know if I should be able to do this. I know I will still have to pay a little extra money than I did for the 8330 because the tour is more expensive. Thanks.
