In 15+ years of years of having cell phones, I've never had to do a warranty replacement......But now I'm having issues with my Tour. I spent over an hour at the repair desk today trying to get the issues fixed.
The repair guy said if I was still having the issues (and now that I'm home, it's doing it again) to bring it back & they would send me a replacement.
My question is, you guys are saying you are waiting weeks to get a replacement? He said my BB had to be wiped before they would even put me on the list to send me a replacement one. What do I have in the mean time? Nothing?
