We've known about the Acclaim's launch date for quite a while. Some stores already have them in stock and can sell them. Some folks even got theirs yesterday.

Swing and a miss tryed it had issues droping calls. Unacceptable since my 8530 gets 5 bars guess ill be getting 9650 when it drops.
