Red X for MMS

Today I am unable to send an MMS to a Verizon customer, but works just fine to USCC customers. Is this a USCC problem going to them, or is it Verizon's issue?

Probably a VZW issue, they might have a smaller file limit that what you're trying to send.
I get it a lot trying to MMS Telus users and I can MMS the same photo to a Bell or Rogers customer.

I need to put my camera to small or medium to send to a Telus user.

It's sort of like magic. I always use the "Small" size for photos. But it started sending when I made sure I had a subject and some text, rather than just photo. I assume just a coincidence, but odd how it sent once I added those.
