phone from insurance claim

I have a couple questions.I misplaced my blackberry phone and can't find it and i put in a insurance claim.I found the phone but i received the replacement phone so do i send it back to the insurance for a refund or what.

Not if you told them you lost it..as long as you don't tell them you found it.. Although I'm pretty sure the esn will be banned so you can't use it anyways..

call them and ask them what they want you to do usually when you lose a phone and it is replaced they note it so if anyone should find it they can't use it
once a phone is deemed lost or stolen can't use it. a friend of mine reported her phone lost and she had found it called them but still she had to use her replacement and they asked her to send them the lost phone

Maybe if you call and return, you won't have to pay the insurance deductible.
