Phone is done for. Can US Cellular retrieve my contacts?

I've had my bbcurve8330 for 2-3 years now. It got wet in the rain and I can't do anything with it. It's had 2 weeks to dry. It just turns on and none of the buttons work except the trackball scrolls.

Anyway, when I get a new phone will they be able to recover my contacts from this broken phone? What about saved pictures/notepad documents/text messages?

I forgot how they did it last time but I know the got all the contacts from my previous phone. Will they be able to do that even if this one doesn't function? The USB port doesn't work either if that's how they do it... lol. That caved in about 6 months ago.

Again, will they be able to recover my contacts and put them on the new phone? If so will they also do that with pictures/documents/texts? Or will that stuff start from scratch?

Can you hook your phone up to your computer and back it up with bb desktop manager?
Did you back up the contacts with the "my contacts backup" program that us cellular offers?
Did you save your pictures and other files on a micro sd memory card?

Hopefully you did/can do one of the options from above. If not you might be SOL.

If the USB port is borked how did you charge it? If you never used My Contacts Backup and your USB port is not functioning then I believe you're out of luck.
