Just got my first Blackberry!

Just picked up the Tour and I'm liking it so far. Still trying to figure everything out by playing around but I have a few questions.

First, what are some good, free apps to download?

Secondly, there's an icon telling me to "Upgrade Blackberry Messenger" but when I go into it and put the cursor over the download button and click enter, it doesn't do anything.

Also, the maps and GPS part always like restarts the device when I play around with it for some reason.

Been having some issues with the phone and I'm not liking it.

Was just browsing on ESPN.com and I clicked a link and a really tiny gray error page (too small to read) popped up and it restarted my phone. The little red light came on and then the screen went black for awhile until that little tiny clock appeared for awhile and then it finally booted back up.

I would take it back where you got it and ask them to replace it. don't let this one device make the only impression of BB for you. I just upgraded from a Curve to a Tour and I think both are great devices!
