Issues? Anyone else?

Anyone else having problems TODAY? Phone will vibrate as if I had a notification and the red light blinks, buttt theres nothing ever there? Checked all and Opened prior just to double check. Done 2 battery pulls. Just curious if anyone else is having the same problem?

Do you have a weather application like weather bug or something on your phone? That's what has been happening to me, it will give you a notification sound/vibrate and make the led blink red, but not a message icon up top.
