My wife just told me that her Google Voice number sounds like it is doing the same thing as yours. Someone calls her google voice number, but her cell phone never rings and the call is dropped into her USC voicemail instead of her google voice box, EVEN THOUGH the call is not being made directly to her cell phone, but to her google voice number? I told her that I can fix it for good and just have ALL of her voicemails go to Google Voice, but she doesn't really like that idea (yet) so hopefully I can talk her into that before Google actually finds and fixes the issue.
I am going to try to start a thread on google help forums to see if they can provide any advice, but if it is anything like the help we have all received with the issues with the Google Voice app for BlackBerry, it will likely never be resolved.
If anyone else comes up with any suggestions to check either in her Google Voice account, or on her USC 9650, PLEASE let me know so I can get this fixed for her.
Thanks in advance all.
