I bought the Torch 9850 back in October (previously had the Tour). I did the device switch via Desktop Manager. Most everything went well except for on issue. I had set up a @uscellular.blackberry email account on the Tour. It shows on my Torch but can neither send or receive email. I have gone to the us cell/rim website to try to log in and reset the password in an attempt to resolve the issue that way but the two options they give you (email or PIN) results in a blank message. I am frustrated because I cannot use nor delete thisfrom my phone. Any and all advice in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated
