I've heard reps are getting trained on htc and samsung droid phones, anyone know when these new devices will hit stores?

Nope. They are however getting trained on some HTC and Samsung ANDROID phones. The Droid is a Verizon exclusive phone/branding scheme.

Look for the HTC Desire and Samsung R880 in July.

BigE is correct. The R880 is also known as the Acclaim. It's similar to Sprints Moment phone. It's a lower end version of the Android systems.
