Default Deleting Apps

Can someone tell me how to delete apps. I go into applications and some have an uninstall button and some don't. Can I not get rid of these?

Thanks!

The 'Apps' you're seeing aren't actually apps. They are pushed launchers sent by your carrier to download apps that pay them for access to their network. You could delete them, but they'll return on the next reboot. I added a folder on the Desktop Screen, stashed all those lil' buggers, and hid the folder.

They'll stay there until you go to change themes, and the process begins again.
