Bb curve 8330(titanium)that's still under one year warranty!!!

Us cellular customers who has the 8330 titanium that still under the one year warranty just to let you know that they are on backorder.They don't know when they will get them in stock if you have to call in for a replacement under the warranty.So im goin to call back and speak with the manager and i'll post back the outcome.

Someone just posted on HoFo that because of this they got an 8530 back as a warranty replacement (not insurance, big difference).

i just was posting stating that the 8330 is on backorder as far as warranty(not insurance )wise.On insurance claim they may be in stock and if not they will ship 8530.I know warranty and insurance is different as my post stated i said warranty.Thanks

I have gotten 10 replacement phones for my 8330 titanium over the last 2-years. After #5 I stopped taking stock in them saying they were on backorder cause they'd tell me that it would be 2-3weeks and then 3 days later I'd have one in my mail box. So be warry of what they have to say.

well i contacted a manager when i was told that the 8330 titanium under warranty is on back order and that they don't know when they will be in.after contacting a manager she said she'd send me the 8530 and i received the 8530 as a replacement under warranty.

well there sending me a new one the same one but they sent another lady in the us cellular store a new one bc they were discontinued so im confused are they gonna send me the same one or what
