9630 Tour Today theme (calendar on homescreen)?

My phone, and i expect everyone of us has a tour that only came with one theme. My 8330 had 3 themes, one being a today theme. I've been wanting a today theme for my tour so i will have my calendar on my home screen. I tried installing a few different ones and never had my calendar show up. Now i remember that today themes only seemed to work on my 8330 if i activated the today theme that came with the phone and then switch to the third party today theme. Since our Tours didnt come with a today theme what do we do?

I've done some searching for help on this and have only found more people with the same problem. anyone got a fix?

I believe there is just the one theme that comes standard on the Tour. There are several themes available on here for the Tour, including on that adds different Today options.

OS 5.0 has the option to turn on/off the Today screen options as part of the default theme. Hopefully USCC will come out with 5.0 for the Tour in the near future.

How do you turn the on/off on the today screen on os 5.0?Thanks

In 5.0, click on your menu button to bring up the icon list, then press menu button again and go into Options. You can then set the Home Screen Layout to Zen or Today.

Of course, this is based on using the default Tour theme. It may be available on other 5.0 themes.

There are numerous themes out there with Hidden Today functions. Basically, they only show up when you have the trackball icon on the calendar, sms, or email. They are everywhere and it doesn't take up your homescreen all the time.

If you can't find any, PM me. I make themes myself and have a few I can get to you.
