ProfilerPRO not working

So I just downloaded ProfilerPRO today and so far I cant get it to work.

I created a test profile to start at "Normal" (starting a couple of minutes from when I set it up), and five minutes after that, go to "Loud" to make sure it was working.

Let me just say now, I made sure, and double and triple checked, that all permissions were set to "Allow".

After the time elapsed, I checked my phone (I had looked away for a minute, so I didn't see what it did... stupid News) and ProfilerPRO says that it is on "Loud", but the Blackberry profile menu still says "Normal". Whats the deal?

I have version 1.0 on my Curve 8330 (OS 4.5).

I'd rather go with the current non-beta version... but I suppose I can try the beta for a little while and see if that makes it work.

Ok... went to the beta version and did another test.

At 8:18pm I set up the profile to start "Loud" (its actual current setting) at 8:20pm and revert to "Normal" at 8:21pm. 8:21 comes and the profile screen pops up, but it does not change to "Normal". However, when the profile screen disappears again, the icon for ProfilerPRO says its "Normal".

Also kinda P.O.ed now because upgrading caused my pin number from purchasing the program to disappear, so I'm trying to work with the test version.

The same serial key you had for v1.0 should also work for the "beta" version. This can be retrieved from where you purchased the app.

I wrote the serial key down at work... so of course it is still there. But it is not in my Paypal receipt, and I originally downloaded from the Blackberry AppWorld, which I don't see has stored it.

I'm having trouble with the app too. Just downloaded it and at the scheduled time, the profile window pops up but won't select the appropriate profile. WTH?

NM. Just set all permissions to allow and it worked! Cool app.
