Profiler Pro while keylock?

Tried searching, but didn't find any listing of the same problem..

I have Profiler Pro 1.0.2 and AddOnIs 1.3.0
I have AddOnIs set for auto locking the keys (not standby but the lock).
I also have all permissions on both programs set to allow..

When I set either a scheduled or one time profile, if the phone is locked and screen off, it wont change profiles.. When I unlock the phone later, it has the profile selection on the screen but it never selected.
I have a Storm2 with 5.0.0.320 (VZW official OS).

I use an Otterbox Commuter and dont keep the phone in a case, so they keys never do the magnetic lock.

Originally had StormSlider paid version installed, but thought it was causing it so it is turned off and using the AddOnIs autolock feature.

That is normal. The application will not work while the keypad is locked. It is why I don't bother buying it.

Actually I bought Profiler Pro because it says it DOES work with keylock on 4.7 and newer OS... It doesnt work with the phone in a holster, but that isnt an issue as I dont use the holster...

Profiler works if the keyboard is locked but NOT when the bb is locked with a password.

just make sure you set all permissions to allow for Profiler and you need BB OS4.7+

Actually I have the Storm 2 and this application just doesn't work. First off, the application seems to switch profiles according to the application icon, but this doesn't actually switch the phone profile. Second, to try and use this on a touch screen is a total nightmare, I can't get rid of the keyboard, so only half the screen shows and the buttons take ages to react to screen touches if at all. I have OS 5, any suggestions as I really need a profile switcher..

you need to install this version http://www.toysoft.ca/test/ProfilerPro.jad

reset the device and then set all permissions after install for profilerpro

The people at Toysoft have been really helpful sending me different files to try, but it seems that my Storm 2 refuses to switch profile if the screen is locked. It doesn't matter wheather I just press the lock button or use an app like stormslider, once the screen is locked profiler cannot switch. Leave the screen unlocked (just blanked out) and it works fine. Does anyone have any suggestions or is this a known fault with OS5? (Or just my handset) Have set all thge permissions and done resets etc etc..

I have the same problem.. I suspect its OS5 causing it.. Tried all the permissions, bat pulls, new version, etc.. It works perfect as long as the screen isnt locked... I even have AddOnIs installed and set to integrate..

I have been trialing this for two days, and have spent way more time trying to make this work than I should have. I have a tour, running 5.0.0.732 I could not get it to switch profiles, then i read this thread and since I was using a password to lock my bb, i turned that off, pulled the battery, and tried locking it only pushing A. Still won't switch profiles. Thoughts?

profiler works with the keyboard locking start with OS4.7. Due to the recent OS5 releases the keyboard locking feature is not working. This is due to the changes in OS5. Not sure if RIM had disabled this feature or a bug in the OS.
