what is the size of picture does picture dial used? some of the picture does not appear on my BB Torch

there shouldnt be any size restrictions.

just make sure the extension ends in .jpg or .png

It should work fine but we need to test it out first.

I installed picturedial on my new torch 9810 and press the picture that I set to make a call it just show 'null (0)' with no phone number shown even though I have set it. Then i uninstalled it. After that i go to the appworld to reinstall picturedial it stated 'unavailable for this device'. Now I'm confused is it can be use or not with torch 9810?
