I have problem with auto start application. I upgrade software to 5.0.0.669 OS (blackberry storm 9520) and application stop start with system. I must go to icon and manualy run after reboot. Any idea?

it should autostart itselft during a reset. make sure you set all permissions to allow in the options app for myCallLogs

Thanks for all your help today and your quick responses

Seems part of my problem has to do with BB messenger and the group calendar. After reading many forums seems most users have problems with groups in the new messenger that automatically sets up a group calendar. This calendar is not removable once activated and in my opinion was probally a big part of the problem i was experiencing with this program (Solved by wiping my machine and reinstalling a backup file...unfortunately that loses the key for mycall logs, which you provided the replacement to me )

I have downloaded v3.01 and that has restored the missing company information that was not being logged, yippie conditional formatting works again. But as far as selecting what calendar to log to this doesnt seem to give me the option, however it could be because one is on google, and the other I have is on an exchange server. Doesnt matter as long as i have it working with google I am extremely happy

As far as the missing log entries I managed to use DM to move the entries to outlook after my reinstall so I have managed to save all that has been missing.

It's been few months I'm using v3.0.1. I saw on App World (appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/1054) that the current version is 3.0.4. Why the App World is not suggesting an upgrade? How do I upgrade while keeping my license key?

Secondly, I sync my BB Calendar with Outlook 2007 using BB Desktop Manager (6.0.0.40). Most of the call logs, especially during night time or early morning, though are still there on BB Calendar but are not sync-ed to the Outlook. What's the problem?

I'm keeping the history of the BB Calendar (appointments) to Forever already. I'm using this apps actually simply to backup ALL the calls (ingoing, outgoing, missed calls) into my laptop through Outlook, so I can't afford to miss a single call log on my laptop.

I dont know how updates work on appworld but you can always install or upgrade from our site Toysoft, Inc. just install the trial version.

as far as syncing myCallLogs doesnt do that. all it does is it saves your calls to the calendar. it is up to the syncing software to do the update.

do you have multiple calendars on your bb? run myCallLgos and goto the prefs and set the calendar to Default.

- fixed the category filtering. if you enable category filtering all calls will be logged only if you check the categories

- added area code filtering. if you do not want to log an area code then just add a new filter and enter the area like 800*

Hi, I have the bb style 9670 and mycallLogs, which works most of the time but still freezes now and there. I have version 3.1.3 is that the most current and will there be a update that fixes freezes on the style?

do you save to the calendar or contacts? if saving to contacts then it will have to search all your your contacts and this will slow down until it finishes searching

Near as I can tell it's saving just to the calendar because that is the name of the app is mycallLogs save to calendar and when looking in preferences I did not see any options to save or not to save to contacts.

mycallLogs V3.1.3
i have a problem with your software, my call log is not working, it can not record the some of the call log (incoming and outgoing ) to calendar except missed call can be recorded. do not know what happen i already enable the log function.
i using bold 9700 os 6.0

Version 3.2 for BBOS6/OS7 has been posted on Appworld. Free update.

This version fixes the problem displaying caller's name in the log. Also speeds up performance on OS6/OS7
