Count down app icon

Any interest in a count down app icon on the home screen like our AppClock, Battery, Calendar and Stockicon?

i would find this app pretty useful for me to keep track of random things such as how many days left before the next anniversary or when is the latest day to pay my bills or when my next paycheck is coming.

maybe do a count up as well? so i could track how many days since my last refill of gas or the last time i checked my tire pressure.
