- BuzzOff can block calls when the BB has keyboard or password locked. This has been tested on the Storm with v121 and on the curve 8900

if you have any problems pls let me know.

OTA

reset permissions to all ALLOW in the Options app after install.
I am getting a 404 error on my blackberry when I try to download this file. I can download it to my PC fine.

I tried to e-mail the file to me but half way through the installation I am getting a 907 invalid COD error.

How do I get this file to my phone ? I tried various uploaders but most don't accept jad files, just jar files.

PS: I am trying to upgrade from 1.0 to 1.04

Any suggestions ?

Thanks

ok i have not downloade the 1.0.4 version. however i will give that a try here in a bit (I bought the 1.0.3 version through mobihand.com). Anyhow when I set a filter to block, what exactly is supposed to happen? My test calls still roll over to voicemail (I'm on Verizon). Should I try adding +1 to the phone number?
Also I am still getting the red LED reminder and I too have to go back into the application and turn it off. BTW, I have BerryBuzz installed but no reminders are set in the BerryBuzz app, so this should not be an issue. I'm like the concept of this application, but it has issues.

And yes the 1.0.4 version is not reachable by OTA as well. C'mon now.

Okay confirmed another issue with profiles as noted earlier in this thread. I deleted the buzzoff app, then reinstalled it. Found that it DID indeed reset and remove my custom profiles. Argh!!! This needs to be addressed. So, so far my findings are:

V 1.0.3 (paid and registered for me) on Verizon. Being used on a Blackberry Tour.

1)Block calls are NOT blocked, even when a +1 is added. It still goes over to voicemail. Block is the same as Do Nothing. Only Pickup and Hangup work on this application.

2)A reminder LED of red still flashes after a call that has a filter in Buzzoff. I still have to go into the Buzzoff app to reset it...and at times that doesn't work as the LED still continues and I have to reset my phone.

3)When deleting the BuzzOff app, it erases the Custom Profiles that I have set.

Those are it for now. If I find more, I'll post here of course.

can you goto the buzzoff prefs and set the match last digits to 10 in the popup?

if buzz is not blocking then right at run buzz and select 'send debug msg' from the menu and send that to us.

Yes I will try that and test it again. Hopefully that should work. I'll report back.

are you able to get 1.0.4 installed yet?

after you blocking a call run buzz and select 'send debug msg' from the menu and we will look at the debug stuff

i did get the beta version installed, but it looks as it became "worse." calls went untreated entirely like it was a normal phone call. even in pickup and hangup. i went back to 1.03 and am now just using the pickup and hangup option as it is the only thing working. fyi i'll list the applications i'm running, as i even wiped my phone and buzzoff still does not work.

1)smartalerts
2)berrybuzz
3)quickpull
4)google sync
5)vlingo (not pro)

i had set permissions to allow on all as well. i'm at wits end trying to figure it all out but i'll hold out for now as i like the app still.
