Default Registration

I purchased buzz off last month and then had installed updated software on my phone. Now buzz off is saying i need to purchase it again. Is there a way to get my registration info sent to me again? I already emailed the support mailbox but have not heard back and it's been close to a week.

Default BeBuzz and BuzzOff -are they compatible?

I had BerryBuzz installed on my Curve 8310, and although it found terribly confusing to set up, I finally was (relatively) satisfied with how it was working on my phone. Then, I installed BuzzOff. What I found was that, apparently, BerryBuzz was messing with BuzzOff. I was routinely getting alerts "leaking" through the filter. My hunch--and it's just a hunch--is that the "vibrate and ring at the same time" feature in BerryBuzz was messing with my BuzzOff. So, I un-installed BerryBuzz.

I now value BuzzOff more than BerryBuzz. I was getting way too many unwanted callers who were leaving voice mail messages, even though I was blocking their calls. Now, with BuzzOff, I use the "answer and hang-up" feature, and that has solved my problem. After uninstalling BerryBuzz, BuzzOff is working fine. But, I do miss BerryBuzz!

So, the question is......Does the new BerryBuzz (renamed BeBuzz) play nice with BuzzOff? Will I have the same problems that I had before? I would really like to know in advance, because setting up BerryBuzz was one of the most painful Blackberry-related experiences I have ever had. Way too confusing, and the directions by the developer left me scratching my head so many times that I almost gave up and tried another alert app.

Suggestion: Somebody should post actual, concrete directions on setting up a typical BeBuzz configuration. That is, staying away from the conceptual, the general, the ambiguous directions of the developer. It would be nice to see a concrete set of directions, no ambiguity, step-by-step directions for a real and typical person's configuration.

Thanks, and I'd appreciate anybody's help.
