Default BatteryInfo

Note: If you have the Storm you need to Disable Compatibility mode in the Options->Advanced Options->Applications application for BatterInfo.

To disable the Storm clock showing when charging run the Clock app and select Options from the menu, set When Charging: popup to Do Nothing.

BatteryInfo will display the current battery percentage charged, battery temperature, date and time, visual battery graphic and optionally custom wallpaper whenever you plug the BlackBerry into the charger.

If you use USB charger then wallpaper will not work since access to the SDCard or internal memory is not allowed when Mass Storage is enabled.

Download trial version or purchase for $1.99 here BatteryInfo - Show battery charging pct, custom wallpaper, temperature and more - Entertainment Blackberry Software

Do images need a particular size to show up? I created a folder with just one image (because that's all I want to show up as the background) and it's not showing up when I plug my device in (not using USB cable).

Thanks.

I recently purchased BatteryInfo for my Bold (with latest ATT official device software), but I've discovered that it is not compatible with "Bedside Mode." When BatteryInfo is installed and I activate Bedside Mode, the screen and keyboard gradually goes dark but then lights up bright again and cycles through this process continually. I use Bedside Mode at night, so I had to remove BatteryInfo. After removing it, Bedside Mode works correctly again.

I actually liked BatteryInfo a lot, so I hope this problem gets worked out.

It goes into charge mode because I plug the phone into the wall charger at night. I guess I forgot to mention that.

Normally at night I plug the phone into the wall charger, open the clock program, and tell it "enter bedside mode." The options menu allows bedside mode to turn off the LED, turn off the radio, and dim the screen. I have these three options all activated.

When BatteryInfo is installed, it activates itself when I plug the phone into the wall charger. I then 'escape' out of BatteryInfo and open the clock program and activate Bedside Mode. The screen and keyboard fade to dark, but then a few moments later they get fully bright again, and it continues to cycle like this.

When I uninstall the BatteryInfo program, the bedside mode works properly again, going dark and staying dark.
