How do I access AT&T's BIS site on my computer? It isn't recognizing my login...

If you are having a problem accessing site, ask yourself this- have you called customer service or tech support lately? they often reset the password to access your account in order to do things such as validate emails or send service books.

Tonight the Sprint customer service rep told me to just go to:

I tried registering with the AT&T site and it says my PIN is already in use although I've never registered on the site. I'm guessing I need to call AT&T about this.

I was trying to go to the page in the OP, and kept getting errors. Once I went to the new site as guided by the sprint rep, I was able to login just fine.
My guess is that the format for almost all carriers is now yourcarrier.blackberry.com, instead of those listed on the first page. - 03-13-2009, 11:47 AM #68

Seems to be the link for anyone needing BIS for MetroPCS. There was no link on the Blackberry site. - 04-19-2009, 04:14 AM #74
Totaly of the subject but you seem very knowlegable but, whenever I receive an e-mail on my bb 8330 curve and I go home an access my outlook account or go online and sign into my yahoo account theres a copy. Its annoying because even if I erase the e-mail its still in my e-mail online or through outlook.

I am a very new user to the blackberry storm (9500), and can't seem to set up any email.
I went to setup wizard and the only option was: 'I want to use a work email account with Blackberry Enterprise Server' (When I clicked on this it said 'activation request failed').
But there were no other options... I thought there was meant to be an option that said: 'I want to create or add an email address' ??
Coz ideally I'd like to add a hotmail account.
Does anyone know if I am doing something wrong? Or how to fix this? It would be much appreciated!
