Are you using gmail?

Let's just assume you are using GMail. You have to create a filter on your BIS account, to say "anything from Me / my email address", don't send to handheld...

BIS Acct.
I am using Gmail. Is my BIS acct, accessed through GMAIL or from the BB?

Log into your BIS account (your phone company's site) and go to your email account, and add a filter there...

Thanks Navilyn for showing step by step how to eliminate sent emails from Gmail going to handheld. Seeing it visually is like having a private tutor right next to you. You are the best!
It was driving me crazy until I stumbled upon your reply today.

Reply All sending myself an email?
I am not sure I get this, when I went in and added a filter to not forward myself emails, it is still doing this odd behaviour. We just moved to this system, whereby our webmail accounts forward our emails to the blackberry email. When we reply all on our blackberry in these circumstances, the blackberry automatically puts in my email on the list of recipients.. It is doing this for everyone setup like I am.
Is there any way to filter the mail sent from the blackberry to not send to your email account?
A simple reply works fine, no duplicates.. But everytime we do reply all, we, as the sender, get the email as well.
