It worked! Cleaned up a bit of my memory--we'll see how this plays out over time.

3. Still wondering in the Keygen - for UPTIME do you just use the numbers or add the 'space secs' afterwards? (i have tried both several times)
4. Hold down ALT when entering numbers, press once but don't hold UPPERCASE for letters
5. Know the difference between a '0' and an 'O'
6. Have done a battery pull after every failed attempt

Please help - not a noob so this is frustrating

Thanks,

Enter the information exactly as it appears on your phone. If your PIN is in CAPS, then type it in caps. Uptime, is the uptime of the device at the exact time you open the Help Me Screen. One last thing, It has been reported that is you close the Help Me screen and try to enter the information by opening it up again, your Uptime will have also changed and the process started from the beginning again.

Which kind? Quick, Full, Thorough, or GC? Mostly used to free up RAM.

Now that I have performed GC I want the Help Me screen back, but I'm stuck with Engineering Screen. I got the code from a website which didn't provide Key Duration box, so I don't even know if it's for one day or 30 days:

http://www.deblocage-blackberry.com/...een-keygen.php

Is there any way to disable eScreen and get Help Me screen back?

Resolved. Apparently the Key Duration on Deblocage-Blackberry website is set to 24 hours. After that the Help Me screen comes back.

Yes, just change the date of your device a few days forward. Let's say if you generate your escreen code using a duration of 3 days, set your date 4 days forward and the normal help screen will return.

New to BB's and attempting to get mines unlocked. Unable to get into the HElP screen after being in it prior. Now all I can get with ALT, Ctrl, H is "Engineering Screen Contents". Not even re seating battery will access this screen.
What's changed since I was last in the HELP Screen?

That's what you get when you unlock the engineering screen.
