Wierd problem with Custom6 9300 theme

I have made a custom6 theme with hidden docks and a hidden today. Works great with the 9800 and 9650/9700 series. When I went to make the version for the curve 9300 series, when I load it up in the sim, there isnt a focus underlay image for the icons on the hidden docks. When you go the "all apps" screen its fine and there is a focus underlay image, but on the main homescreen with the hidden docks theres nothing. I can tell that its going from icon to icon, but its like the underlay image is invisible or something.

This really doesnt make any sense since this was created the same as was my 9800 and 9700 versions, in fact I just imported into TB one of the finished .thm files and changed the images and fonts that needed to be.

One thing I did notice on the working versions (9700/9800), is that the icon focus underlay images for the homescreen/hidden docks and the one on the "all apps" screen are different. In the "all apps" screen its the one I created and put into TB in the 'application list' screen, and the one that highlight/underlays the icons on the homescreen/hidden docks seems to be from TB>The Controls>Popup Menu>Tab Focus image

Ok so I went into composer, made a simple 2 button svg...no sliding docks, nothing fancy. Loaded it into TB, didnt change anything else, exported, loaded it into a sim...and still it does not show any focus underlay for the icons on the homescreen. I know the blackberry6 layout doesnt have a problem with this, it shows the icon focus underlay image just fine, so I exported a basic blackberry6 theme for the 9300 using the persmissions trick...look in the temp folder.......and there isnt a homescreen.svg file. The only svgs it produced were the banner, homescreen-banner, and lockscreen. So I cant even take a look and see what it is that the blackberry6 layout is doing that the custom6 is not.

Really need help here guys if anyone has a clue.

Once again just having a conversation with myself...but it doesnt matter, I figured out how to fix it.
