Where to get oem BB icons?

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get the oem blackberry icons? or is it possible to edit the colours in theme studio?
I see that there are downloads for already altered oem icons in the forum but I want to be able to alter the originals myself.

I want to have my first go at making a theme and just wanted the colours of the original icons to fit my theme.
Any help appreciated!

You can check out Blackberry Theme Lab.

We have a lot of icons to download.

If you want to know where the oem ones are...

c:\program files (86)\research in motion\blackberry theme studio\samples\themes\images\

select a folder and then click on icons.
