Where are the default icons?

Ok I searched and searched and found nothing. I'm looking into trying my hand at making a few quick themes. I wanted to start by making some colored ones. Where in the world do I find a folder or something with all of the defaults icons/images used in the themes? Also I wondering if there is some standard for sizes for creating your own icons and images. I was hoping to find the originals so I could just right click and properties to find sizing and use those sizes for my own.

I downloaded the Blackberry Theme Builder from Blackberry's site as well.
