Where can I download TB6?

For some reason I can't figure out where to download TB6. When I go to BlackBerry - Development Tools & Downloads and click "Download BlackBerry Theme Studio v6.0 Beta 2" it sends me to the download page for Downloading BlackBerry Java Development Environment v3.6.

That's because you clicked "Development tools and Downloads.

When I click Download it Today it sends me to the same exact page "Downloading BlackBerry Java Development Environment v3.6."

Did you sign in with your developer account and actually go to the download page itself?
I still get directly to the TB6 download after signing in, not sure what you are clicking that is redirecting you elsewhere.
