wallpaper distorion when scrolling

Hi all,
I finished my first theme for torch few days ago only to find out i have a horrible wallpaper distortion wjen scrolling down the icons on the main screen.after some googling i did not find a solution,can anybody help me?why is this happening?how to solve this issue?

Set the shading of the underlay back to it's default of 70 or darker. The phone is not strong enough to process your background and the light underlay.
