Torch Track pad navigation problem

I made a Custom theme for Torch. And I have noticed that when I check "Enable Landscape Homescreen" the navigation using the track pad stop working at homescreen icons just the touch work. If I UNcheck "Enable Landscape Homescreen" the track pad navigation work like a charm.

Anyone have the same problem or only me?

Hope anyone help me to solve that.

I'm having the same problem on a theme as well... and I noticed that the HTC theme by Elycruz has the issue too... so I don't think there is a fix yet...
