Things different from Theme Builder to phone?

So I been making themes for a while. It drives me crazy how on Theme builder the fonts and everything are positioned perfectly. But then when i load it on my phone, they are TOTALLY off place. They are either too far right, up or left. And the fonts look smaller or bigger than they were on theme builder!

Any reason why?? And does using the simulator show how it will look on phone or will it still look different?

I find it looks different in all 3 locations! Very annoying. I use the simulator to get close.. Then push to my phone to fine tune.

Ah ok. I hate putting 10 of these on my phone to finally get it right. Then have to re delete the bad ones.

If you export to Desktop insallation it will update each time as long as you change the Version #

Edit > Preferences

Just have to reboot it each tme

Yeah I usually end up having 10 or more versions on my phone from tests also.. but now that you can manage themes on your phone with theme builder.. its easy to just select the ones you wanna remove and go.
