Theme taking forever to load into Plazmic

I've been busily working on a theme. I get to a point when I make a simple and minor change (the last one was adding NTWK to the homescreen since I didn't realize I had left it off) and since then the theme takes forever to load into Plazmic. It is longer than an hour. The theme is not over complex. I have two SVG files in it but one is a single app for the lock screen and the other is a simple dock image (no icons at all and is just the single image file). I let it load overnight and in the morning I removed both SVG files and saved under a different name to confirm that it wasn't one of those files causing the issue.

About a day before this started, I realized that 4.6 was still installed along with 4.7. So I uninstalled 4.6. I've sinces uninstalled/reinstalled 4.7 only, uninstalled 4.7/reinstalled 4.6 & 4.7, and restored my computer to the night before I uninstalled 4.6. Still have the same problem.


Anybody have a clue what may be going on? Is there a known problem for this?

have you tried loading other svg files just to see if its a problem with the svg not with plazmic?

I didn't try other SVGs. I just eliminated the SVGs completely and still had the problem. It is a progressive thing for lack of a better term. I will go from opening in a timely manner to taking a solid 3-5 minutes. After the next save, it will take over 30 minutes but less than 8 hours.

The files are roughly about 4 to 4.5 meg in size.

YIKES....I had a similar problem too....but I did exactly what you did uninstalled and reinstalled and that fixed it for me....I did re-boots in between of unistalling em' though!

probably glitching from the svg's...could also be your computer and software issues. if it's plazmic 4.7 it's crap anyways.

I'm currently recreating it and see if it will duplicate. I'm hoping it is because it was started on 4.6 and finished on 4.7.

Is there an issue with using non-BB fonts? I was using Tahoma for everything.

I did discover it takes 45 minutes to load.
