Default Theme submission

Just wondering if anyone knew what the current average submission-to-approval time has been lately?

For me, in app world, it's been just over a week.

You would think that for the money RIM makes from developers (their 30% cut) that they would be able to afford to hire more than just one person to do the job of content review for themes. I wonder what happens when she takes vacation....that is if shes allowed to take vacation.

When I look at my submission ticket I see 2 'sub' tickets, product status and release status. For product status under old value it says 'pending review', and under new value it says 'approved'. For release status under old value it says 'under review' and under new value it says 'approved'. It makes it look like both of these have been set to approved but its said that for a week and both tickets are open. So is it just supposed to say approved even when it isnt yet? Or did she approve it and forget to close the tickets?

dont bother looking at the tickets. Just check in the portal under Manage section.
If its approved, it will say it is and will have a link to "post for sale"

if she finds something wrong with the theme, she will email the issues. Just follow the instructions, make the changes, and let her know. Otherwise, if its fine, you will get an email saying its approved... then just go click the link to post it (in the portal)

If you make an update and submit it.. it also can take a while, but once approved, you dont have to do anything... it will just be ready for people to update/purchase.

My 006 theme just got approved yesterday... that was a 1.5 weeks... so hang tight! Any time now!
