Theme Studio 6.0 not saving

I am working on a new theme for Blackberry Torch 9800, during my tests I am not able to test neither in the Blackberry Smartphone or the Torch 9800 Simulator because it gives me the following error / warning:

Errors:
Unable to write the theme to the specified output location. Please check the permissions and path specified.
I/O Error: invalid UTF-8 encoding
Error: File com_plazmic_theme_PTSCFB38B49.cod cannot be created. (-1)

Warnings:
Body Font: The List highlight font color can not be applied to non BlackBerry fonts.

The warning doesn't worry me too much as the error because I'm not sure what is going on with Theme Studio 6.0, does anybody faced this issue before?? will appreciate your help / comments.

It sounds more like a rights issue on your pc than a theme builder issue. Did you play with the rights on your temp directory? I'd reboot, clean up your temporary files and try again.

I tried to, and still getting the same error, I even uninstalled - reinstalled the theme builder. It happens only with the theme I'm working on, if I try with a different one it allows me to test it in the simulator and save it... not sure what's going on

if its only happening with 1 theme then its most likely a corrupted theme file....
