Theme still flickering.

I'm sure a few of you have seen my first post in the 9630 theme section, but my question is, I made me a theme using theme builder 5 and when I change sound profiles, or get berry popups it flickers, and slows down almost like it is the wrong resolution. After I change to a different theme, not my own, they flicker also. I have done just about everything I can think of to fix it. I am completely confused. Ever seen or heard of this?
