Theme downloads but is not visible to activate. Please help!

I've created a theme available in app world called "Get Lei'd". We are getting emails that users can download the theme but it's not visible to activate in the options screen. Does anyone know why this occurs?

I have one idea that might be causing the issue: We created the theme selecting the 8900 model then when submitting the theme to app world we chose all devices that had the same screen size as the 8900 series model. Is that okay or do we have to create the theme for each type of device?

Additionally, does it work to create the theme for one model then import it into another model?

It would really be helpful if someone could provide the compatibility of themes between devices.

Here's the best strategy:

1) Create for the highest end similar resolution device you can. (Bold 9700)
2) Export it once, make sure it's for OS 5.0. This will allow it to work on the Bold 9700, 9650, Tour 9630, and Curve 8900, assuming they're all running OS 5.0.

The OS is the biggest issue, so if you exported it for the Curve 8900 as an OS 4.6 theme, it won't appear on any 5.0 devices.

Does that mean I cannot support the theme for devices under 5.0 or would I create another 8900 bundle for devices with 4.6? Could you explain a little more of what I should do for devices with an OS below 5.0?
