| |  Theme Builder v6.0 Issues
Lets to to have a centralized thread for issues in the Betas.
So far I have experienced the following...
Can't replace images. When attempting to load a custom image the Theme Builder will force close/freeze/crash.
Can't load Custom Icons pack via Batch Icon Replacement even though all images are properly titled and resized.
If anyone does get it figured out or doesn't have issues at all please let us know.
It's getting annoying, I will be uninstalling/reinstalling now.
If you need hosting I can host OTA for free and no catch. Will be developing a Torch Theme Catalog with ONLY Free themes at torch9800themes.com So I'd love to host/showcase free Torch themes.

I'm replacing images fine. I notice every once in while it doesn't WANT to change the image, but it eventually does.

Mine is crashing as well, very annoying...this is in the custom setting...going to try in the regular setting

For some reason the theme icons aren't showing up on the device (the majority are showing up as the stock icons) They are however showing up in the simulator. Anybody else have this issue?

Theme Builder crashes whenever I try to change an image. I've been trying with the BlackBerry6 layout type. I'm running Vista on my desktop.
Gonna keep trying things...
Edit: I also noticed it doesn't recognize the 9800 simulator I have installed. Since I installed the simulator a while back, I'll try reinstalling. Basically, the Theme Builder doesn't "like" me trying to access anything external to it. It's not playing very nice with others! lol

no space to theme wifi setup icon, i mean the 68x68 icon, in TB5 was wlan_wizard, not a space in TB6 but icon is on phone!! left hand right hand lol
if wallpaper is set freezes and jumps while scrolling on device, if user sets own wallpaper and you leave it blank (supply wp with theme seperate) then is fine
profiles icon in BB6 layout stays stock icons but does update based on profile (if that makes sense) and on lockscreen shows the new icons, but right side of icons are cut off.
darkness of today bar in BB6 layout isnt as dark as displayed in themebuilder, TB makes it look same darkness as top bar, but its not.
on custom theme notifications on homescreen are off by default!!!!
curved edges show as white edges on popup action dialog
SVG - hotspots still available even when not built into theme
list goes on........
oh biggest PITA - media icons dont show in media pane in BB6 layout!!!! a true WTF moment

I installed TB6, and pull up a new theme, but everytime I go to save the file, the program crashes.. I was able to do the global icon change, but then the program crashes..
i have TB 4.7, Theme Studio 5.0 and the new TB6 installed.. any chance there is a conflict between any other these other programs?

Still obviously VERY beta at this stage. I'm glad we have something to tinker with, though! I have a few older versions installed, as well. It's very possible that's causing conflicts. I'll try uninstalling all, then reinstalling just 6.

i also have TB5 installed and supprisingly (touch wood) havent had any crashes at all!!
win7 ultimate 64bit if it makes any difference

perhaps I'll uninstall TB4.7 and see if that helps. I may also uninstall TB6 and try reinstalling it

I can change items in the theme, but then it will crash when I export it. Not gonna bother messing with it till a real version comes out.

I still get issues EVERY time I go to change something. I also have vista
Really irritates me because all these premium themes are being released and all I want to do is release some free ones  |

You know... it's bugging me enough that I'm gonna upgrade to Win7. I probably won't be able to get to that until early next week, but I'll report back whether I still have the problem on Win7.

Well. Now I can't change images. They change, but..... If I choose portrait view for the portrait then change landscape it uses one of the images. It doesn't keep them separate.... Is anyone have this problem?
