theme builder help

im making a theme for the torch 9800 and everytime i go to put it on my phone i get this message

now iv had a few people test this theme out for me already i went back just to change the hidden dock and redownload and im getting this

well i guess nevermind i figured it out on my own

Before changing something always hover over where you change it to find out the dimensions.
