Theme Builder Can't Find Simulators

I recently got a new laptop with windows 7 starter. I was able to download theme builder and the simulators with no problem but not theme builder can't find my simulators. I go to edit-->preferences-->simulators, click refresh and nothing happens. The refresh button fades out and wont come back. Is anyone else with windows 7 having this issue?

mine work ok on windows 7 32 bit and 64 bit. uninstall and reinstall the simulators. make sure you let them install in the default folders.

You may also have to install them (and TB again) by choosing "Run as Administrator" on the installation file. I had the same problem, and that was the fix that worked for me.
