Theme Builder and 9650

I am just starting to use Theme Builder and I am wondering a few things:
1) can I import the Precision Zen Theme that I have active to my Computer
2)Can I have different colored envelopes for PIN Messages and Email Messages from other services to help distinguish like Blackberry Email and Work email
3)How do I lock the folder set-up for themes, like if I switch between to Themes that I created but want to use the same set-up including personal folders?

I think the correct answers are as follows:
1) No.
2) Sort of. I believe BES messages can be differentiated from others, but I am not positive.
3) You need OS 6.
