Tax question - W-8 Form?

So I've just received my EIN and now I have to fill out and fax the W-8 form. My question is, do I have to wait until the W-8 form gets processed (I think it takes a few weeks) to start selling themes and not be taxed 30%? The mobireach site says they won't pay until I've finished the tax requirements so does that mean I can just start selling now, not get paid, and then get paid when the form processes?

Just put your EIN in and fax the form as soon as possible I guess. Mobihand will wait until that form is complete.
