Svg Issue

I have created and svg and i am having an issue where the highlight background of the icon stay lit when scrolling past. I have check it compared to the os5 svg and all setting are the same. So now when i scroll past the icon they all have that blue glow and it does not turn off.

i believe i have thats set if you look at the svg.

started over and now my svg is working. Has anyone gotten today text to work with an svg?
