simple recolour - need a little help!

I'm trying to create a simple recolour of the blue zen theme, by making it red... I've changed all the icons and buttons, although when I use my new theme on my bb, there are some parts that still remain blue... I don't know how to access these parts on the theme builder to change them, it doesn't seem to give me an option.

Some things that remain blue;
-under media,such as pictures, videos and music, selections remain blue
-calculator: still has a blue background
-password keeper: screen has blue cursor when selecting new password, but has red buttons for "ok" and "cancel"
-search function: cursor is red, but tickbox turns blue when that line is selected
-calendar has blue bar where the month is displayed, and the day selection is highlighted blue
-chat bubbles in sms are light blue and white.. any way to change it to a red/pinky a white?
-camera has a blue button to take the picture
-browser still has a blue loading bar, and blue cursor for entering the website bar
-options>mms> tickboxes go blue when highlighted

note: I think all tickboxes encountered go blue when highlighted

manage connections popup screen has blue selection
enter password cursor is blue.

It's really annoying me that the theme builder only seems to cater for half of the design! can anyone point me towards a place where these can be changed?

Those parts cannot be changed using theme builder, you would need to go into VERY advanced stuff to change them.

The cursor should be changeable, it's in the Theme the Controls section, under most tabs there is an option where you can change the color of the cursor, where it applies.

Some of those things simply cannot be changed, like within the media area. No way around this I don't think. It is one of the downfalls of theme builder. At least you can know that everyone runs into this.
