Default Scaling wirth SVG

Hey guys, how does one scale objects with SVG?
For example, when I focus in to an icon, another one gets scaled down...
Any one know how to do this?

In composer...import an image the size of the icon.

Open animation window.
Move the animation forward 5 or so frames.
Change the size of the image (by clicking on it and changing the w: h: values on the toolbar.

Export.
Edit svg.
There will be a few lines of code there (depending on what you told it to do)

This will be the code you want to use to scale your icon. (replace the image name with hs# or however you animate ur icons)

just paste begin="hs#.focusin" end="hs#.focusout" before the "/>" on each line.
