Default Rookie questions

Okay, a couple of I'm sure newbish questions but this is my first time using themebuilder.

1.) How can I disable the trays altogether on TB6?

2.) And this will be an obvious answer I'm sure, but I can't even figure out how to add icons to the bottom dock on the homescreen. How do I do that? It just starts with no icons on the bottom and I can't figure out how to add them.

1. During Theme Builder startup, it gives you an option at the first screen to "Select Layout Type." Click custom6 to get rid of the panels.

2. Once TB's open, you'll see a panel on the right called Inspector. Click "Theme the Home Screen," then go see a panel on the left of TB called "Add." Click on either Zen items to add an icon, or Today items to add calendar, etc.

Good luck.

I shut off all of the transitions but there are still transitions just on the email, is there another set of transitions I need to turn off?

If you added Zen item icons, they will say "app 1" "app 2", etc in the description. That means that though they default to messages, browser, etc. on the TB, when the user actually installs the theme, they'll be able to move whatever icon they want into the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. positions in the applications screen, and they will rearrange themselves this way in the home screen automatically. If you think about it, this is what you do now. You don't actually rearrange them in the home screen. Kind of a wordy answer, but hope that helps.
